According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), an adult man in age of 19-51 needs 3 cups of vegetable, and an adult woman in age 19-51 needs 2 ½ cups of vegetables everyday. In each standard size packet, it includes dark green vegetables, red and orange vegetable, beans and peas, starchy vegetables, and other vegetables that human needs per day.
Each packet varies by demand of customers. Standard size, which is for an adult to eat two days, will have 6.6 cups of vegetables.
Sample packet: two small size potatoes, one medium size cucumber, 0,6 cups of split pea, 2 cups of baby carrots, and a cup of romaine.
